Shipping & Returns Policy

All Items shipped ground transportation by UPS or USPS Priority Mail in the contiguous 48 United States only. Shipping at a flat rate of $9.95. Certain items do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii please ask if you are uncertain. Allow 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for delivery.

Shipping times are estimated once the package leaves our facility. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact sales@usbathproducts.com

Shipping To Canada

– Canadian orders are only shipped to the United States Border for pick up via shiptotheborder.com. There are many border locations to choose from. Please follow the link for more information if placing an order for Canadian shipment. Once there you can get a U.S. address to use when placing your order.

International Orders

There is a $50 fee for shipping international orders overseas. International overseas orders include countries in Asia, Africa and the UK. These orders will only include bathtub refinishing manuals.

** Some products cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. These include Spray-on, brush roll-on refinishing kits, fiberglass inlays, spa paint, floor & wall tile refinishing kits, cabinet paints, professional refinishing kits, countertop refinishing paint and exhaust fan systems.

Returns

Will only be allowed for damaged or defective items within 30 days of original purchase date, and we must be notified within 24 hours of your receiving the damaged or defective merchandise. Please inspect your goods when they arrive. Items returned that were not damaged during shipment or are not found to be defective will incur a 20% processing fee in addition to any other fees.

Cost of shipping returned items back to us is the responsibility of the buyer

Items returned that are found not to be defective or damaged will not be shipped back to the purchaser unless special arrangements are made and shipping fees are paid in advance. Returns must be unopened, unused and undamaged, including packaging and labels.

Returns are required to be in resell condition. Inspection is required. Damaged goods will be discarded and not returned to the shipper.

Packages

Any package refused for delivery will be treated as returns and are subject to the 20% processing fee and any other return fees that we may be charged by the shipping company used for delivery. All returns must be shipped to our designated supplier postage prepaid bby the purchaser, unless damaged during shipment or if the items have a defect.

An RGA number must be assigned for any authorized returns. Any items returned without an RGA number attached will not be accepted. To receive a return authorization, please call or email your request within 24 hours of receiving your damaged or defective merchandise shipment.

Refunds

will include replacement of the damaged or defective item only. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. No Refunds Are Allowed For Any Training Manuals. All Training manual orders are rush shipped to you in 3 days.

Refunds include only the price of goods and do not include any shipping charges. No Returns Allowed After 30 Days Past The Purchase Date.

Please call or email for the return shipping address. Our staff will be happy to assist you. In any case, we will only be responsible for the purchase price of any items ordered.
